Cell Phone Tickets
Does anyone know how many points this is? I got pulled over for being on a cell phone -- my mistake, I was using the phone on speaker but out of habit I was holding it in my hand by my chin area.. I guess as long as you have the phone in your hand you are guilty , even if its on speaker. Just wondering how many points I am up against.

i think they just increased it...i thought it was something very high like 5 - but i could be mistaken.
