7 month old still waking

My 7 month old DS is still getting up every 2 hours throughout the night. He has only sttn about 3 times. The pediatrician said he may never sttn. Has anyone had this happen with their lo? My DD sttn at 5 months. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. TIA

My DS just stopped within the last week from waking up every 2 hours (he was also 7 months when he started that). No, he's never STTN but we just started getting some longer stretches in (Currently he's back to 2 night feedings rather than every 2 hours). I think he may have been going through a growth spurt or something. But you're not alone!

Eventually they will STTN - it just may not be when we would like them to. I don't know what your PED means that he may never sttn though, that seems a little excessive!

my dd is almost 11 months old and i dont feel like she will ever sttn

she still eats 2-3 times at night. if i dont feed her she cries for hours. cry it out doesnt work. maybe shell pass out for 10 min but then wake up crying again. only if i feed her will she stop.

she only did 2 hour stretches or less until about 8 months. since 8 months since does 3-4 hour stretches sometimes.

7 month old still waking

DD gave me a week of STTN starting on her first birthday and then was waking again. She's now 14 months and has done it on and off but this week she's been sleeping through consistently. Hoping it sticks! My ped said something similar. I wasn't willing to CIO so I've been patient.
