Juicing
Ok I gave in and but the nutria bullet. I have been wanting to try this for a long time. Does anyone have any good juicing recipes? I looked online and have some, but I wanted honest opinions if you had tried them. thanks

my go to is spinach, half an apple, cucumber, a few baby carrots and a handful of berries, I usually add chia seeds or flax seeds and sometimes a little coconut oil or almond butter.

After watching the documentary Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, I purchased a juice and have been juicing for the past two months. I love it. It is a little time consuming but it's worth it IMO.
So far I've been loving this:
7-8 Kale leaves
2 apples
Ginger
Lemon(w/out peel)
Half a cucumber
So refreshing and delicious!
