I don't have pictures but I got a ton of decorative stuff off etsy and I got solid navy blue bedding from PB kids.
I also picked up a huge poster picture of an old Yankee player cheap at AC Moore and framed it.
I was trying to do more of a vintage theme. I have old pictures of Yankee stadium and worn and rusted signs

Like AP, I don't have pictures either, and my son is currently napping in it, but I can take pictures when he wakes up later. We did a Mickey/Yankees theme. So we got Benjamin Moore Yankees Blue paint and painted the bottom half of the wall solid blue. The top half, we did pin stripes. We got a 4ft. decal from Fathead.com of Mickey in a Yankees uniform. We found 4 framed photos on eBay of different sections of the field at Yankees stadium, with Mickey characters in Yankees uniforms added in to look like they are the players. Then we bought a set of Yankees decals and put them on the walls.

DS room is toy story but our basement has a lot of Yankee stuff. We got some from Christmas tree shop. IDk if they have anything for bed rooms but some cool pictures, pillows etc.

We did old time Yankees in 1st DS's room. The bedding we chose was PBK madras. We had a Yankee bear mobile and hung old black and white classic Yankee photos like Roger Maris up at bat and this one below:
