BBQ Catering
Spin off from my post yesterday....
We are looking to cater a BBQ for our DS 1st birthday. We would like someone to come and grill so DH doesnt have to man the grill all day. We want to supply the food and just have someone cook it. Does anyone have any recommendations for a company or person that does this? The party will be in Bayside, Queens.
TIA

you can try Coliseum Kitchen on Old Country Rd. in Plainview..don't know if they will let you provide the meat, but they do advertise doing BBQs...

Re: BBQ Catering
We did this 2 years ago for DD's first bday. We used Harbor Deli in Port Washington. They were great. We had WAY too much food though so don't go by their estimates of how much you need. lol.

Re: BBQ Catering
I would call any local company that has servers, bartenders, etc...they should have a chef who does barbecuing that you can hire for the party...we've done it before and had a great one, but we are all the way in eastern suffolk. I also prefer to supply my own food so that I can choose exactly what I want and prepare it as I like.
