anyone take diet pills?
I'd stay away from them. I know people who have had awful side effects. A healthy diet and exercise is really the best bet.

If there was truly a safe, effective diet pill out there than nobody would be overweight. Think about it. Please stay away from them!

If you are talking things like 'fat burners'....I'd stay away only because they add so many other questionable ingredients these companies add to them.
I do take supplements that help aid my goals...caffeine, CLA and L-carnitine to name a few. But none of this works unless you are keeping a healthy diet and exercise routine.

I don't take diet pills, but I did take Bee Pollen for a bit and it did give me more energy and make me a little less hungry, if that helps.
