So I bought a peacock blue eye liner from mac
How do I use it I didn't have time for the them to put it on me so the associate told me to do very neutral colors and then use the blue to line the bottom of my eye but not sure about that look. Any tips?

I've done that with a light purple. It looks cute, I just apply it very lightly.

I have a peacock blue liner that I wear alone with no eyeshadow on the upper lid with mascara and then just on the very first little bit of my lower lid and smudge a little with a q tip..
eta: mine is a pencil
