We are close to booking the Norwegian Epic mediterranean cruise in September with a 2yo and 4yo. They will have kid's club for the 4yo. The 2yo cannot be dropped off but can participate in mommy and me type activities.

We are leaning towards Norwegian due to dates. Disney only does European cruises June-August. the epic cruise ship is also one of the largest and is brand new compared to the disney boat is older.
