Placenta Previa in 2nd trimester?
I had my 17 week appointment, and was told that I have complete placenta previa. I was ordered pelvic rest.
Of course, I googled it, and now I am freaking out even more. Apparently, with moms of more than 1, especially c-section moms (which I am 2x), it is less likely to correct itself.
Can anyone here offer me any hope? Anyone in this situation before that had the placenta move?
I am freaking out, so any good thoughts you can spare would be appreciated

I had previa earlier in my pregnancy. Don't google!!! Trust your dr- you're going to freak yourself out over something you have no control over.
There's still plenty of time for it to correct itself and if it doesn't I believe worst case scenario is a c-section. it'll be ok!

I had it with my first- resolved in week 32. I go in 2 weeks for my 20 week and we'll see then where I am this time.
Google is not your friend, don't use it. You are probably reading extreme cases- I know a couple people that had it and most of the, resolved

1. DON'T GOOGLE!!!!
2. My best friend had this and by the time she was ready to deliver she was totally find and able to have a natural birth.

I has it at 16 week appt, put on pelvic rest and it moved by 36 week appt

i had it,i actually had a rupture
was on rest and needed a c section but our twins were perfect!

This! I had complete placenta previa and was terrified b/c google told me it never moves if it's complete. Mine moved later in pregnancy and I had a vaginal delivery.

Placenta Previa in 2nd trimester?
Had it with the first and third pregnancied. Cleared up both times. First time around 25/26weeks. I was on pelvic rest from 20 weeks until then. This time they found it at 16 but it cleared up by 20 weeks.
