Has anyone tried this recipe! I'm drooling!
Please tell me someone has tried this....If I'm going to cheat on my dieting it's going to have to be a great love affair with gooey cheese and bacon.

What killed it for me was the cheeses used.
Parmesan, Gruyere, Fontina, goat cheese and blue cheese
I hate every single one of those cheeses.
ESPECIALLY goat cheese and blue cheese

I don't mind the parm, gruyere and fontina but I loathe Goat cheese and blue cheese.
I wonder what you can use as a sub since you need a creamy cheese--maybe sub cream cheese for the goat cheese. Not sure what to sub for the blue cheese.

Made it tonight. It was good. I didn't add the bleu cheese crumbles because I forgot to buy. It definitely takes a good amount of time to make. Lots of leftovers! I'd make it again.

I made it last night but couldn't find Gruyere in the crappy Waldbaums by me so used Gouda instead....It was soooo good and rich and definitely heavy on the hips.
