Toddler friendly resorts/hotels in Honolulu
Can anyone recommend a toddler friendly resort/hotel in Honolulu? DH and I are planning a trip there and we're taking our 19 month old DS. We read some good reviews on the Pacific Beach Hotel. Has anyone stayed there? I want something that on the beach or very close to the beach.

Never stayed there but all the Waikiki hotels and most restaurants are child friendly. Hawaii is an excellent place to vacation with children.

I was just going to reccomend this! It is a Disney resort so of course it is family friendly. We are part of the Disney Vacation Club and cannot wait to go here! Planning on going when DD and future siblings are older.

Aulani costs more than I want to spend and it's pretty far from everything. Embassy suites all have a bedroom and a living area. Has anyone stayed there?

We stay with family whenever we go to Hawaii and avoid Waikiki. But I have stayed at the Kahala (where we got married) and the Moana. I would not stay at the Aulani b/c like you said it really is so far out. When we got married in Hawaii we had friends and family stay at the Marriott, Moana, Pacific Beach and the Hilton Hawaiian Village. All of these hotels are nice. The Hilton is a bit off the main drag of Waikiki but has a ton of activities and is great for kids. The Marriott is more affordable b/c it is not beach front, you have to walk across the main street, Kalakaua Ave. Seriously though, you will not have a problem with kids in any of the hotels. I did google family hotels in Waikiki and found trip advisor's family hotels. Here you go Honolulu Family friendly hotels
ETA: FM me if you want a list of some great family friendly restaurants or beaches outside of Waikiki. Dh's is from Oahu and his family still lives there.
