She was on an episode of Law and Order SVU a year or so ago and I knew she looked familiar, but I couldn't figure out who she was. So different!
She looks great though!

I think her face was cut by glass in a bad car accident. I'm guessing she needed reconstructive surgery.

Yup, this is what I heard too. Poor thing. She looks different, but still pretty.
