sucks feeling guilty when calling in sick

I hate the guilt I feel when I have to call in sick if my kids are sick or if my mom (who babysits them is sick) especialy since I only work a few days a week. Office was closed for 2 days & now I have to call in sick today because my mom has been sick for 2 days with a virus. I know this is dumb but I am dreading this call.

I'm feeling the same way today. DH got asigned to an overnight job last night and won't be home til 12. DD is still on antibiotic and my mom can't watch her. I'm a teacher and feel very guilty but at the same time don't. When I look at her I just think she's my priority right now and that's it. I know some of my colleagues are probably talking about me right now.

I feel the same way. I'm kind of in an anxiety state right because my SIL is sick with the flu right now and my mom watches both DS & her DD. So needless to say, I know it is only a matter of time before the kids get it and my mom get it. Ughh....I hate being a FTWM!!!
