having a baby shower for my son
My son got a girl pregnant they tred to stay together but unfortunately it is not in the cards, we also have a feeling my son will be raising there son being primary care giver, due to reasons I won't disclose but any how I woud love to have a shower for him, what are your thoughts on this?

The shower is for the baby and to help fulfill the needs of the baby. If he will probably be the primary caregiver then I say why not?!

Yup i say go for it! I have a male friend who had a shower. He wasn't with the Mom anymore and everyone still got together and gave him gifts he'll need for the baby. It was a nasty breakup so the Mom wasn't willing to share any of the baby itens between the two homes.

go for it, i think that's great and I would be happy to attend if I was invited! (i mean conceptually, obviously not that I would be invited :) )

Very sweet of you to do for him. I would just ask him first and make sure he'd be comfortable with it. Guys are just very different when it comes to this stuff than women, you never know..
