RW challenge?
Anyone else doing the Runner's World Challenge? Basically, since most people find it hard to exercise between thanksgiving and NYE, they're challenging you to run at least 1 mile a day every day until then. I'm doing it, anyone else? Maybe we can keep each other honest?

I was doing it, but I do other types of workouts besides running (like i'll do an hour spin class followed by an hour of weights)... should i have to run a mile too on those days? I don't think so, therefore I am no longer doing it. I fell its really for the people (like you said) who will otherwise do nothing.

I hear ya. I am definitely one of those people who will do nothing during the holidays, so it's (hopefully) going to be good for me!
