BTDT - potty training question

we are on day 3 of potty training and DD is doing an amazing job! We have not had any real accidents (keeping my fingers crossed after typing this ) since yesterday morning!
But, how long before you felt comfortable going out with DC when potty training??
we have been in the house for 3 days straight and I am getting cabin fever but I dont want to do anything to cause DD regression!
TIA

BTDT - potty training question

I felt the same way with my daughter. After a few days in the house, I started taking short trips in the car to destinations with a bathroom. I always had her go potty before we left the house and once we got to wherever we were going. I also told her that wherever we were had a potty for her to use (she just had to tell me when she had to go). I asked her often if she had to go once we were out. I avoided the park or other places with no facilities. Finally, I purchased a potty for the car (for those emergency "I have to go potty" moments). I worried about accidents in the carseat, but we never had one! Good luck!
