house next door & lawn items

the house next door to us is a vacant house up for rent. there is crap all over the lawn- a "for rent" realtor sign which was put by the front steps, a bunch of pieces of wood stacked not tied down together, and in the backyard (there is no gate) there are garbage cans, tables, chairs, etc. I am nervous that some things may hit our cars if the winds are strong enough, since our driveway is right by this stuff, but i feel weird walking onto the property to move things... wwyd?

I'd walk over there and move the stuff.

I can't imagine anyone would even say anything, since it's a vacant house.

I would call the realtor and speak with him/her. Explain your concerns and ask her to relay them to the home owner.
