bad headache
I have had a bad headache for 2 straight days now. Pounding and in my sinuses and behind my ears. I tried drinking some coffee - real coffee with caffeine and that helped slightly. I'm drinking a lot of water. My OB says I can take Tylenol but sparingly. Any other remedies? And is this common? I am almost 11 weeks. I don't remember having this with my DS. Could it be a hormonal thing?

I have had a constant headache since finding out. I try not to take too much Tylenol unless it's really bad and I'll take it so I can sleep. I think for me it is related to dehydration! I've been really bad with water intake!

I am like a minute pregnant and I've had a headache since yesterday!! Before I found out, I took two alleve, and I still have a headache! I've been drinking tons of water today, and it has helped a little bit.

your bodi is working overtime and the hormones in our bodies are changing a mile a minute to accomodate the growing LO...its normal to have headaches...when i first find out, i had headaches, EVERY DAY and nothing helped. My Dr. told me not to take anything at all, so i was stuck just dealing with it. now this week i have had a headache with a vengeanace non stop and i wish there WAS something i could take to make me feel better =0(

Try Gatorade. My home nurse said the electrolytes help with headaches. If its too sweet, water it down.

I had two really bad migraines so far and took tylenol both times. My ob said it was fine and that I could take it every 4-6 hours if I really wanted

I had bad headaches and the dr always told me tylenol was safe for the baby. You can take 2 regular or 1 extra strength tylenol every 4-6 hours. I usually never needed more than 1 in a day, though.

I get them. I did with my first too.
I take Tylenol, drink water and some vaccine everyday.
I usually wake up with one which are so bad b/c those don't go away.
Some times a cold compress on the back of my neck work. Sometimes heat works. I message my temples. I try not to squint and wear sunglasses or close the blinds if inside.
It's normal.
I suffer threw them. It's hard when you have kids at home already too. Hang I there.

My dr said its fine to take Tylenol regular strength. Drink plenty of fluids I found even when I thought I was drinking enough I really wasn't!

i actually took one tylenol yesterday i couldn't take it anymore.
i woke up this morning w/ another and im just going w/ its the storm that is causing the headaches right now. i know a few weeks back when we had a bad storm i felt sick too!
