Does your newborn skootch a lot in their sleep but stay asleep?
My DDs are almost a werek old. One of my DDs will eat every 3-4 hrs with burps during feeding, but she gets hiccups a lot which seem to hurt her. She makes faces. She spits up a little her and there but the ped said it's normal.
She will sleep shortly after eating in the rnp or on me but she will make skootchy sounds. ( I keep her upright for a bit) Not crying but sunds like little grunts and squeals. I check her and touch her and she stays asleep. Sometimes she makes gassy refluxy faces but not much.
Is this the beginning of reflux? I had her on similac advance in the hospital and just switched to the powder in dr browns bottles but she had been doing this all along. I just don't want her to be in pain when she is skootching like this. :(

My dd made crazy grunting sounds in her sleep. Kept us awake a lot actually. She grew out of it.

Ok good to know. Thanks! She wakes me a lot too. She rarely ever cries. Even when hungry. Just sometimes when changing her.
I have the snuza in her at night for peace of mind. It's hard to get up out of bed 40 times in a row after a c section.

Geez Sarah lmao. (I do that from my phone all the time)
She was a little more skootchie tonight. I was wondering if it was the formula change. It's more foamie. But she slept 4 hours and didn't really wake to eat at the previous feeding. I woke her. She dosnt like the paci which is a good thing because she spits it out then wants it back. Lol.
