Yes! I used saline spray/drops when DS had a slight cold and was congested at 2 weeks old

I've been using Arm and Hammer Simply Saline Baby spray since she was a newborn... I tried the swabs but they didn't cut it.

I used the non medicated drops right away when ds was a few days old..he was very dry..still use them often.
