Those who use similac, come on in!

My dd tolerates the advance well but I still have samples of the sensitive. Is it ok to use on her? It is milk based so I'm thinking it shouldn't be a prob Chat Icon anyone know for sure?

I wouldn't go back and forth between two different types of formula. Are you looking to switch completly or jsut use up your samples then go back?

I switched back and forth and she was just fine. I actually switched to BJs brand last month and she did really well! She's 10m so I only have another month or so before I start switching her.

The BJs is $21 for 2x the amount of Similac you get for $25

I wouldnt switch without reason. When DS was 3 weeks I switched him from Advance to Organic because I wanted him to be on Organic. It was terrible! He went from being completely happy to a fussy baby! We switched him back, and a month later, we had to switch him to sensitive. He is doing much better with the eating and saw a quick improvement. But you never know how their bellies are going to handle the switch.

Ehh - I say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. If she does well on the advance, I wouldn't try the sensitive. Maybe you can donate the samples you have?

I belong to Costco and the Kirkland brand is made by the same company, Abbott and it has the same ingredients for a fraction of the price. I'll prob go in that direction in the future.

I had not issues switching my DS from brand name to Target but I would not switch him from a reg to a sensitive and back..... My DS is on gentlease so we stick with any gentle formula.
