Prices to Rent a Hall around Seaford/West Islip
For my son's christening. We are looking to rent a hall for about 125 ppl and we are going to bring the food in. The church is in Seaford...alot of the guests are from the West Islip area....so I would guess anywhere in between these two places...
If you know of any halls, can you please tell me the names, and give the prices if you have it.
Thanks so much!!!

Knights of Columbus in Seaford on Jackson is where we had DD's First Birthday Party. I think it was $400 to rent the room.

I know many people who have rented the Hibernian Hall in Babylon Village. It's a really nice hall, and supposedly very affordable although I'm not sure of an exact price.

This - I don't know the price either, but I know it's reasonable.

Yes -- I have also heard of it being reasonable and I have been to a party here and going to another next month. We were going to use it for my DD's baptism last year but it was booked.
We wound up going with the American Legion in West Islip. I think it was around $500 to rent it but not sure.

I'm honestly not sure whether you can bring your own liquor. I imagine that might get into some legal issues for the hall since they would be allowing alcohol to be served on their property that wasn't purchased by them? Not sure.

Did they charge for liquor in West Islip? Or did you bring your own?

We paid a standard price for all beer, wine, and soda per person. To be honest I didn't want the hassle of figuring out how much beverages to bring and cups and what not. We paid $50 for the bartender and not sure how much per person but it was under $10
