1st appt tomorrow.. Need good vibes:) UPDATE
I have my first doc appt tomorrow and was wondering what to expect at the first visit and wanted some good vibes and prayers that all goes well!!!! Sooo nervous.... 
Well I was nervous all morning!!!!! lol.. Seems like Im exactly 6 weeks my doc said Im really early so all I was able to see was the sac and a tiny tiny baby measuring about 3 milimeters which she said was normal.. I go back in 2 weeks to see alot more, hopefully heartbeat!!! sooo excited:) Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.. Keep them coming!!!!!

It depends on your dr, they probably wont do a sono that early unless youve had spotting or bleeding... they will most likely go over yours & mikes medical history and take blood and give you some prenatal samples and stuff... good luck!!!!

I went when I was 5w. They took urine and blood samples, medical history, gave me sample of prenatal vitamins and I got a internal sonogram done. (I didn't have any spotting or bleeding. I think for my doctor, its normal for them to give a sonogram.)
