Is there a way to list "wants" in a stroller and find the best match?

Whenever I go looking at strollers I find ones with a couple of my wants, but never with all.

I want a stroller with:
2 cup holders for me
Removeable Cup holder/snack tray for baby
Large/Useable basket on bottom
Reclines easily (not with straps)
Easy to turn and maneuver
Folds/Opens easily
Not too bulky
Not $$$

I have Chicco Cortina stroller (from travel system) and it meets most of my demands, but I feel like it's a bit too bulky and bottom basket star smaller than I'd like.

I have a couple umbrella strollers - don't fit any of my needs except for $ and compact.

I bought an older model of a Peg Perego on eBay (3yrs ago) - handled like cr*p and had no snack tray.

Have a hand me down (11 yr old) Jeep stroller (not jogger) that has an awesome basket size, but no cup holders or snack tray.

Any recommendations or suggestions??

I had a graco metrolite that was all that.. It was the perfect stroller and it was light and folded pretty flat!!!

My City Select has most of that but it was $$$ and it's bulky. We had the Jeep jogging stroller and it was bulky too but it had 2 cup holders, an ipod dock and the biggest basket EVER but it was the strap adjustable seat and I hated that. We had the Maclaren techno and the fabric cup holders were horrendous and there was no getting to the basket and you couldn't put anything on the handles or it would flip backwards.
I feel like there is no perfect stroller lol

I really liked the City Mini we got for #2 that we just tried out on #1...

it fold fast, small and light without effort....Plenty of recline and a large canopy shade and plenty of basket space.

What about a Joovy. I was looking into them for a double stroller but they are compared to a citi mini but a lot less $$$. and have great storage.

I think there is no perfect stroller. Go to a baby store & try them out.
