Another BM storage question
So I know BM is good for 10hrs at room temp. when its just expressed but..what if I express milk this AM, put it in the fridge overnight and then take it out the next morning and leave it at room temp for 1hr or so. Is it still good? Heres is why I ask...my DH watches my son during the morning so I want him to use the milk that I pumped the night before so DH sleeps until 9am-10am like my son does I live for work at 8am. I want to leave the milk out so that when they both wake up the milk is at a decent temp. and not cold. Hope this makes sense lol
