Anyone with an infant feel like they are stuck in the house with this weather?
DS was born end of March..and I have always taken him out every day for walks...I just feel like it is too hot for him.. I find myself becoming a hermit in my own house...am I being too over cautious?
What have you been doing to get out of the house?

I have older toddlers and tend to keep them in from 12-4. They are not big drinkers, I don't want them to be dehydrated

DS is 11 weeks and I feel the same way. I try to go out with him really early. We've spent the afternoon outside at my parents' house in the shade but I had to take a lot of breaks to bring him inside to cool off in the a/c.

Ditto I do long morning walks. We do go out during the day but I keep her shaded and she drinks more often. We take AC breaks :)

Yup. Dd is only 2.5 weeks old but I would like to at least get out and take her for a walk around the block. It's just too hot. We had her out today or like 10 minute and her face got all red and I got paranoid - so back home we went!

Yes, i used to take walks around the block during the day and night but it's too hot and my 15 month old DS sweats easily! Not to mention im 9 months preggo. It stinks, but hopefully this heat wave will pass.
