GD Question
I am supposed to test 1 hour from when I start eating.
Now usually that is OK, because I look at the clock, usually eat within 20 minutes and then 40 min later, I am testing.
But... what should I do in a restaurant when I have an appetizer and a meal and dessert? It took me the full hour. I started eating the bread basket at 7 and then finished my last bite of dessert a little before 8. Am I still supposed to test at 8? Should I wait a half hour? Or more? It's so confusing as to when I would test since I was eating for 1 hour straight...

Re: GD Question
I always have a problem with this too, and I have no idea, so if anybody does have any idea, I'd love to hear what you think :)

Re: GD Question
I wasn't allowed to eat from the bread basket or dessert, lol. Interesting question though. In general i was told to try and eat meals within 15-20 mins. Maybe just have an entree, or a salad and an entree.

Re: GD Question
The dietician/ nutritionist I worked with told me to test 1 hour from when I start eating. I always assumed (the 2 weeks before I saw her) 1 hour from when I finished my last bite.

Re: GD Question
Just asked my nutritionist and she said if you are going out then do 2 hours after you start your meal. So if I started eating at 7, test at 9 (because I didn't finish eating until 8). It's all relative anyway...
