How many weeks
My cycles are regular so I know I'm 5 weeks, but my friend has irregular cycles (35-45 days). If your periods are irregular, do you still count from the date of ur last period to estimate how far along you are until u get a sonogram?

35-45 isn't all that irregular. I would still go by LMP and after her first sono she'll have a better estimate.

they will adjust to GA gestational age with the sonogram. They will go by how the baby is measuring.
my cycles are 33-35 days. By LMP, I was due 5 days earlier than by GA. My due date was calculated by the size of the baby, not LMP.
