High Risk OB?
I'm hoping that you ladies can help me. I'm looking for a high risk OB who delivers. The issue is that I live in Brooklyn, so many of the LI doctors are just too far of a drive.
Any suggestions in Brooklyn, M'httn, or not too deep on LI?
I know that Dr. Kofinas doesn't deliver, so he isn't an option for us.

Which hospital you are you looking to deliver in. I can ask my cousin she used a high risk OB and she delivered at NYPresb.

I'm not quite sure where I want to deliver. I guess I can figure that part out after I find a few names. I'm a bit flustered because I wasn't anticipating that my RE would release me as early as they just told me they will.

My cousin used Dr. Geeta Sharma shes affiliated with NYPrebs and she only does 9-5 appts at NYPresbs

In Manhattan, this is one of the best practices for High Risk, BUT extremely busy... All the Physicians there are amazing...

DR kofinas works with a ob in Brooklyn,he gave me them as a choice when i saw him
he is not high risk but u could see him and Dr kofinas both in Brooklyn and deliver out of NY Methodist ithink the hospital was

Dr. Bernadith Russell. She is in Manhattan on West 12th street, not too far from Union Square, and she is fantastic! I really adore her.

I saw dr. angela Bianco, affiliated with Mt. sinai in Manhattan, she belongs to one of their best high risk groups, they have few other drs in the group, including Joanne Stone, who also came highly recommended by few doctors. If you google them and the practice you'll get all the info you need. And the hospital is one of the best as you know.
I live in Howard beach and the only problem was the commute on the bus or the train to the office, especially once you are past your 2nd trimester (I don't like driving to Manhattan and looking or paying for parking, lol) so when I got pregnant again I decided to go with LI practice, i see dr. klein, I like him, he IS one of the best but I feel like they are so busy and always rushing, I'm just another number to them (him) I know most people LOVE him and his practice , maybe I'm crazy, I don't know, maybe I expect more, so I guess you'll have to be the judge if you decide to go woth them.
