Had my first OB appointment yesterday
She drew blood and I just got my results in...
HCG - 4,929
Progesterone - 15.4
She also checked my TSH bc I have tiny nodules on my thyroid, those levels came back in range too.
I have to talk to her later today to see when she wants me to go for a sono. I'm so happy and nervous. DS is going to be a big brother

just wondering...was your appt only for bloodwork? for some reason i was under the impression the first appt is bloodwork AND an ultrasound...should i call my doctor to confirm this?

I think each dr is different. Mine only did bloodwork bc she doesn't have the internal sono in the office, she draws blood then based on the #s she will send me for a sono in 2 weeks. I'm only 5w preggo so it's early for a sono. HTH :)
