3 hour test girls
What instructions were you given? I was told to fast 12 hours beforehand. That was it. Can I drink water? Am I supposed to have a carb heavy meal the day before? Are you allowed to walk around during the 3 hours or did they ask you to remain seated? Anything else I should know?

relax mama.. i could drink water up until the second i started drinking teh drink. I could walk around the office, but not leave. Once i began teh drink, i could drink or eat nothing else. Do not do a carb haevy anything the day before- just my suggestions. walk around during teh test, but bring things to do.. i had my cell and magazines..went quickly but still kinda stank
