lightheaded when standing ?

I am almost done and litrtally had bp checked today and its perfect. But I had to go to the store ertc and noticed when standing still after a few minutes I feel lightheaded or kinda dizzy. Keeps happening om and off all week. Anyone else?? Hate itttt

Hang in there. You are so close to the end. I had dizzy spells during my pregnancy. Just keep hydrated and go slow!

Just crashing, but this happened to me a lot.
Mostly with my first pregnancy.
Drink LOTS of water and try to stay cool
I felt dizzy when I was too warm. I'd have to sit and have something cold.
When you feel better go outside and get fresh air

Once, in the dead of winter I felt so dizzy. I got up from my desk and ran outside. No jacket or anything and it actually helped the cold air.

ALso, make sure to eat. Even if it's small meals throughout the day.

i can stand up...walk around...but the minute i try to stand still and hold a convo..
its like hi how are you lalalala..lalal..then whoaaaaa...i need to sit down.

and kinda not possible in a grocery store kwim?

i do have a bit of fluid in my ears my gp said ...but i would think that would make me dizzy non stop...not just when standing still.


my anxiety is stupid high and i thought it was bc i was beyond hot at dhs office today...but it happened in the freezer section too.

and to make things worse i see super preggos bouncing past me all cheery like and i feel like death on a doorstep.
