I'd bring pads. 9 times out of 10 you'll be more comfortable with the ones you're used to rather than the ones the hospital gives you.

On my list that I don't see on yours:
Granny panties (to hold the huge pads lol).
Nursing tank or bra if you plan on BFing
CAMERA!!! (and charger)
Name sign for bassinet
A family picture of me, DH, and DS to put in bassinet
Some snacks
Boppy pillow (for holding baby and/or nursing)
Cheap flip flops to shower in
Possibly my own towel (the ones at the hospital are tiny and thin, lol)

I also brought wipes for when I wanted to wipe my hands or face and don't want to or couldn't get up and a small bottle of hand sanitizer. And I bought overnight long pads. I liked them better then the hospital ones after the first night. And a light weight robe since it was warm in the room I wore a nursing tank but put on the robe to go to the nursery.
ETA like pp stated SNACKS!! I brought granola bars and ate all 10 in the 2 days I was in lol

Other than some of the pp suggestions, I packed our baby book in the hopes that they'll stamp her footprints for us. I also cut a few little pink cards to put into brag books I got for each grandma.

Re: this is what is going into my hospital bag....
Snacks- dh had them(in hiding) while I was in labor... He refused to go to the cafeteria to eat and leave me(except when I had to get the epidural they kicked him out of the room). Once labor was over - and I had a nap I woke up to breakfast time - Winthrop had me circle off a menu what I wanted - and I remembered what my sister told me - I could circle as much as I wanted..... three meals plus they came around with a snack too, I never myself needed snacks.
Granny undies & Large pads........ But honestly, the first day early on you might be best with the ones the hospital had.... I remember winthrop had ones that had icepacks built into it...
Winthrop had a blue sheet that they stamped ds's footprints on - I was so glad cause I didn't think to pack one.

Re: this is what is going into my hospital bag....
Is anyone else's bag getting overstuffed? I had a pretty big Vera bag that I can barely close and just looked at this post and thought of a bunch of other things I want to add. This is my 3 LO and I can't remember which bag I used or what I brought....

Re: this is what is going into my hospital bag....
Your own pillow in a pillowcase other than white (you don't want them to take your case with the other laundry).
Your own towels - theirs are usually small and thin.
A bathrobe - especially if there are no showers in the rooms to walk back and forth in the hallway.
Earplugs - even if you have your own room, the amount of noise that can come from the hallway alone kept me awake sometimes. They were great for me when my roomie had visitors and I didn't have any and wanted to rest.
I brought a dove body spray - I had sections with both of mine and couldnt shower right away and it helped to "freshen up".
Charger for your cell phone.
When we had DD#2, we also brought a kiddie folding chair for DD#1 to sit in - made her feel special and left the other 2 chairs open for the adults who came to visit.
I also brought some lysol - if you have a roommate, you never know how "clean" they are going to be when using the bathroom.
