Anyone have any experience with this? My 4.5 year old had this and his tongue tie corrected at 10 days old. Bc he was so little it was not such a traumatic experience.

I just found out the twins have it at 21 months. It is pretty severe in one of them. I'm so nervous about the procedure for correcting it/surgery because i know its more complicated now that they are older.
I want it done sooner rather than later bc I am already noticing a speech delay, but I'm so scared. Does anyone have any experience/advice??
