21 months old in twin bed
Do you think 21 months old is too young for a twin bed ( twin, not toddler)?
I just got bed for my DS and all my coworkers think he is too little for such a big bed.
The past two nights he slept 7am to 7 pm and he loves his bed.
What do you think?

No, as long as he has a bed rail, and he knows how to get in and out of it I think its fine.

Too "big"?? Meaning he/she has more room to stretch and get comfortable? :) Not at all as long as you make sure he can't fall off! My DD loves MY queen bed...she's 22 months and takes naps on it. Planning on changing her crib soon!! Good luck.

not at all,
my DS went into a twin at 13 months and my DD was in a twin at 8 months old.
we skipped toddler beds. by 2 years old, my DS was in a full

Not at all. We moved DS to a twin bed with long bed rails on his second birthday. I think he could have gone into a twin by 21 months old but I was not ready to move him.

Let him sleep in the twin! Both my kids asked to sleep in a "big bed" when they were 24 months. They went from crib to full bed, and we skipped the toddler bed all together. One less piece of furniture to deal with!
