BabiesRUs you are going to put me in labor! UPDATED
They suck!!! I'm trying to use my completion code online for my measly 10% off my registry items. I entered everything I wanted, which took me some time and it didn't work. Then I notice that I have to be logged into my registry so I do it all over again and it doesn't work. Make a long story short I've spoken to 4 different people on the phone! First they offer to send a new one, then they offer to put the order in for me (which would be a huge PITA), then they say oh well enter the order and then we can go back and credit you 10% (which is fishy to me with all the gift cards I'm using), then a girl says oh you have to make sure it's only the items that aren't available in the store for the code to work, then a guy just says oh here's a code for you (which didn't work!), and finally I spoke to someone who says they've had issues with their online promotional codes and tells me the same thing the first guy told me. I swear they are the most annoying company I've ever had to deal with!!! So now I'll go to the store tomorrow and try to use it on the items available in the store and if I get to the counter and the coupon doesn't work I will have a nervous breakdown! How can they do this to women who are 9 months pregnant?? \
UPDATE: So they emailed me back and their response was pretty much the same as over the phone...enter the order and then we'll refund you 10%. I wrote back again explaining that I was unhappy with the way this was being handled and in the meantime could they please explain to me why some completion coupons are for 10% while others are for 15%. I said I would wait for their email then contact a supervisor. Well they had a member of the Guest Service Team contact me at that point and he gave me a promotional code for 15% off and apologized. He assured me it would work and I just entered the order and it did work. Uhhh, what a pain that was!! Soooo, don't give up ladies. Eventually they'll make the customer happy somehow.

That does sound annoying! I hate when stuff like that happens. Seems like bru needs to work on their customer service.

I am so glad you posted this because I am having the same problem!!!! I didn't get as far as calling because I'm being lazy but the code isn't working and it is driving me nuts! Especially because one of the things I want to buy is our monitor which has been going in and out of stock daily!
You said your completion is for 10%? Mine is for 15%...even weirder!

Try code# 950670 for 15% off the monitor. It was posted in one of their catalogs I just received.

I really don't understand that. It's ridiculous to me how horrible their service is and then to offer different percentages off. So wrong.
Eta: I did end up writing them a long email last night since there were no supervisors available. We'll see what they say.

Tell me about it. We ordered the nursery furniture from them and paid for delivery. Yesterday I get a message that it is in and I have 7 days to pick it up. When I called and told them I paid for it, the girl said they would have to call me back on Monday because they don't take calls on the weekend, whatever the hell that means. They better call tomorrow or I'm going to lose it.
