What do I have to do to get a good sono shot?
I have my first trimester scan tomorrow morning and I forgot if I have to drink a lot of water to get a good shot (full bladder) or drink OJ or I don't know what else.
Please remind me!
I'm so excited to see my bean!

for my first one which was internal they made me empty my bladder.

I think there is an old wives tale somewhere that if you have OJ about 30 minutes before you will have lots of movement. I drank it at both the 12 and 20 week sonos and she was all over the place. Its worth a shot!
