I thought it really wasn't something you should have on a regular basis....sometimes i'll chew gum for 3 or 4 days straight, so that's why i feel guilty.

I was addicted (like a 1 pack a day habit) to chewing gum b/f I was preggo. My dr told me to stay away from Aspartame and I havent had a piece of gum in about 12-13 weeks.

I probably chew 3-4 pieces a week. I never really thought about giving it up b/c my dr never said anything about it.

I do. With ms it was the only thing that helped me. Now that the nausea seems to be coming back in my 3rd tri, I'm back to chewing it all the time again.

I used to chew around 3 pieces of Trident a day with my first pregnancy. With this one, I chew much less.. probably around 5 pieces a week.

I totally didn't realize that gum chewing was a no no ~ I chewed maybe 1 or 2 a day when I had all sickness ~ one of the things that got me threw ~ normally I don't really have that often.
