Sick or Teething?

I know every baby is different but I am just looking for some BTDT advice. DS is almost 7 months old and for the past week he has been very cranky and not finishing his bottles. I figured he was just teething but yesterday he started getting a runny nose and then last night he woke up screaming for an hour and would not go back to sleep. He looks tired and has a stuffy nose. I don't know if he is teething or sick. I tried giving tylenol 1/2 before he eats but that really wasn't helping. I gave tylenol last night when he woke up and about 20 mins later he fell asleep. I just don't know how to help him. I also don't want to keep giving tylenol if he isn't really in pain. Do you ladies think its teeting or just a cold? I don't feel any teeth when i touch his gums.

I had the same problem with my DS he turned out to have an ear infection.
