Formula Question
How did you decide which to try first? Was it based on what the hospital gave/gives you? Any specific reasons to suggest a specific brand? Due with #2 in 10 days, and I plan on trying to BF but know we will end up supplementing. DC#1 did well with Goodstart after 1 month of BF but did have issues with colic. I'm wondering if we should start with a different brand this time around.

The hospital gave us Similac. I hate the smell of it but DS drinks it just fine with no problems so we are sticking with it until I can nurse him better.

I started with Similac because that is what the hospital gave us. I am not on to another to try to combat the gassiness.

we started with enfamil because that is what the hospital gave us but when I did research, I was comfortable with sticking with enfamil - we just needed to switch to enfamil gentelease due to DD's gassiness and spitting up
