Prenatals- whats worse?
accidentally skipping a day?
or accidentally taking 2 in one day?
i read i shouldn't do both... but I can't remember if I took mine today or not. Part of me feels like I did, part of me feels like I forgot..
I don't know if I should take one (it possibly being a second) or if it is OK to just start again tomorrow and not getting proper nutrients today....

I don't think skipping one day will hurt. I have forgotten lots of times. However two in one day might make you sick.

I would just take it tomorrow. I have skipped a day in the past because I forgot but I wouldn't want to risk taking a double dose because too many vitamins isn't always good either. One day won't make a big difference!

Lol. You and baby will be ok in either situation. But if you can't remember, just skip and take tomorrow. I miss so many that I average 4/5 days/wk. Baby has all it needs from me.

Yep. I agree. I can be pretty horrible at taking my prenatal but its mainly because it makes me sick. I may take it 4 times a week or so. If I were you I wouldnt worry and just take it tomorrow.

I miss some days and it's no big deal. Nothing bad is going to happen. Better to skip than to overload though.

I would skip the day rather than double up. I had the same feeling in the very beginning of my pregnancy and now I right it down with the time (I know a pain in the butt but then I know when I took it)

I would say your better off missing a day then taking 2 in 1 day. Too much vitamins is actually really not good for you or baby and can have adverse effects. Im sure not from just one time taking 2 by accident, but Im just saying. I think missing is better than doubling up.

There were 2 nights in a row that I forgot to take them. I just waited and took my regular dose on the 3rd day!

I don't take my prenatals all the time - doctor said it was fine. I would say don't take 2 in one day. I'm no doctor, but you don't want to over do vitamins either...

Dont double up. I was told not to do this. Nothing major will happen but just wait and resume your normal dose the next day. Dont stress over missing a day of your prenatal.

i had to skip a day yesterday because my stomach could not handle it.
i doubt i would be able to do a double dose
you should me fine if you miss a day
