any websites that have workouts?
Fitness on demand channel was removed from Time Warner-does anyone know of any websites that has free exercise routines (cardio/resistance type)

When you sign up they give you the option to purchase a membership (I didn't) but they create free workout plans for you monthly. I am obsessed! You have the options for Gym, Ball and band workouts (those can be done at home) and sports/show training.

I have the p90X at home, I do kenpo, plyometrics and cardio x.
