I think that sounds good. Do you want to threaten going elsewhere for both service and next time you're buying a new car?

I thought about that, but DH already insisted that we're definitely never purchasing from them again.
I think I will add in that I'm nervous about going back for service now that I know they have a problem with me.
I think it wouldn't hurt to throw both things in there. Maybe it will make them do something about your windshield or at least compensate you somehow. They may think they still have a chance of getting you back as a customer (they don't need to know that your minds are already made up.)
