having the worst night yet w/symptoms...I'm miserable!!!
Since I've gotten home from Christmas shopping at 5, I have been dealing with a slew of symptoms...
I have diarrhea (TMI sorry), feel like I'm going to throw up, my heartburn is worse than ANY night thus far (even despite taking a pepcid) I can't even eat dinner due to all of these...
but when I drink water to help w/the reflux it makes me feel like vomitting...
I have the worst spasm in my lower back on the right side that hurts whenever I move or try to walk...
I am completely miserable. I don't understand why I'm feeling ALLLLLLL of this at once!! and it's been 3.5 hours since I've gotten home and nothing's subsided.
Not to mention I think I'm having Braxton Hicks throughout this, and the baby keeps beating up my insides.
Vent over.

You may have done more than your body can handle. Try and relax, lay on your left side.

This is what I've been thinking...I worked all week, Christmas shopped all day Saturday, Sunday I cleaned my house like crazy w/my mom, worked all day today, then shopped for about an hour and a half before getting home.
I wish I could take a day from work but I have to save them for my leave 
and DH has been snoring so bad and wants to sleep on the couch, but he's been working like 12 hour days 7 days a week the last week or so cuz of the baby/christmas...so I feel bad to have him not sleep in bed.
esp when I don't know if I'm going to sleep well anyway between the back pain and the reflux...
7 MORE WEEKS!!!!!!! that's all I keep reminding myself...it will Fly, I know it.

Ugh sounds like you are just getting it all at once!

Actually to me, it sounds like you coule be having signs of pre-term labor. Back pain, diarrhea etc. I would call your Dr and get a fetal fibrinectin test(tells you if you will deliver within the next two weeks.) Good luck
