how to de-stress?

UGH.
I am very newly pregnant - just got my BFP days ago. Had a miscarriage in Sept and have some family drama going on as of just a few minutes ago that is giving me MAJOR stress. Stress as in I started crying and shaking with anger when I read an email that started this drama. Not worth going into the details but I SO do not need drama right now.
I had in-law drama the last time I was pregnant and I can't help but think of all that stress I was under and if I didn't have that stress would I have still miscarried.
I need to calm myself down and de-stress....how do you girls de-stress?

And this email I received warrants a response...but me writing a response will possibly lead to more stress...do I just ignore? Or do I simply let this person know I simply can't deal with this right now? This person does not know about my m/c and no one besides DH and I knows that I'm pregnant right now (and all of LIF Chat Icon ). I have to see this person this weekend so it will be awkward if I don't respond and deal with the issue.

TIA!

I'm sorry you feel so stressed. IMO nothing is more important than your health and if stress is affecting your health, you need to find a way to make it more bearable. If responding to the email is going to cause more drama/stress then I say ignore it for now and put it out of your mind (as best as you can). And I think it's a good idea to find an activity that will help keep your mind off of stress. Go for a walk, take up a hobby like knitting, go get a massage - whatever you have to do to make yourself feel better.

thank you...
DD is just waking from her nap so I think I will do just that - head outside for a little walk or something.
And I just had a piece of delicious chocolate...that definitely helped make me feel better!
