I had my December baby!
I didn't post too much on this board during my pregnancy. After 5 years of IF, 4 ivf's and 1 miscarriage and twin loss with this pregnancy I felt like I would jinx myself even though my 2nd and 3rd trimesters were pretty uneventful! I was Due 12/2 but apparently last Sun my water started to leak and I honestly thought I was peeing my pants. I went to the dr Mon am and they said I had a leak and my Dr decided to induce. My labor was pretty easy for most part. I was 1cm when I got there and they started me on pitocin. By 3cm they said my contractions were strong but I barely felt them i was however afraid of them getting bad and I opted for the epi at 4cm when they were starting to bother me. After that i only progressed to 5cm. By 9:30 the baby was still high up and not decending which we thought was because she was estimated at 9lbs. I ended up having a c-section which I was terrified about but in the end I have a beautiful, healthy 7lb 14 ounce (9lbs???) baby girl. Basically my dr feels my pubic bones are just too small and that she was just not able to pass through. Either way I don't care how she got here just that she did. I'm thrilled to be leaving the hospital tomorrow, i can't wait to take a real shower! Thanks for reading!

congrats ... you never know about the weight...
my SIL was told her would be close to 9lbs... she was born at 6.6lbs only 5 days early
