BF moms question about AF?
This is my 3rd DC but ive never experienced this before. I got my period back in the beginning of Oct, 15 months after ds was born. 3 weeks later i spotted very lightly one time and that was it. I took a pg test but it was neg. I havent had af since and never took another test. Just wondering if its normal to get af once while breastfeeding and not get it again for a a few months?

Yup it happened with my first....I got one period pretty early about 6 wks pp....than nothing for months...my midwife said it's completely normal for this to happen.

That happened with my first. I got a very light period around 8 months PP. Then I didn't get it again until 11 months. Totally normal.

Thank you. This is so hard since we wanted to TTC again and its just taking so long for af. Once i got af i was so happy and now i have to wait again
