nursing tanks from target

I bought a couple of nursing tanks over the weekend - I think they are by Gilligan O'Mally (?)
Since they do not come in bra sizes, just small, med & large, I was wondering did others buy their normal size or go up just in case?

I bought them in large during my last pregnancy. I am normally a D cup, but I grew to a DD when I was pregnant and they remained a DD the whole time I was BFing. So for me, I was fine with my regular size. I will say though, if you are larger chested, they are not the most supportive tanks, and give a bit of the uniboob look. I loved them in the beginning because they are super comfy, cheap, and easy to use. It's all I wore in the hospital and for the first couple weeks we were home. But I couldn't ever wear them out anywhere because they made my boobs looks silly .
