Re: Xpost, Food Allergies!
Honestly, without a history of acute or severe allergic reactions to those foods, along with the skin prick test, I wouldn't avoid those foods. Talk to an allergist first.
My DD who is now almost 6, was born allergic to everything. I mean to the point that I didn't know what to feed her. Thankfully today, she is only allergic to nuts, shellfish and some fruits. What I learned was, even if a food was positive on the bloodwork, and she had eaten it before without an acute reaction (meaning hives, coughing, itching, etc) we continued to give her that food.
She also has extrinsic asthma - Meaning her asthma is allergic in nature. High pollen counts, exposure to a food that she is allergic to will create an asthmatic reaction - instantly.
If you ever have any questions, FM me.
