Done w/ C25k....now what?
Has anyone graduated from the Couch to 5k program and gone on to do the Bridge to 10k?
I feel like if I don't have another program I'm going to slack.

YES! I did a program called "the one hour runner", which is basically for a 10K. I love following plans too and this one was great to follow c25k.

Is that an Iphone app? How hard was it to move on to running 1 hour? I'm semi-comfortable with a 30 minute run now. Is it another 9 week program?

I think its 9 weeks. What's great is that the first 3 weeks you're just running for 30 minutes 3-4 days a week. So it gets you comfortable with that and then gradually increases.
